A reliable and effective delivery of a solution is making sure that systems are ready and meeting of customers standards and expectations.

METS offers a structured and phased deployment process that consists of actions such as defining of specifications and inputs, activities to be done in between and the release of an output within the set budget and time. Even the best solutions are for nothing if not deployed properly.

VISUALIZE PHASE

Visualize Phase Make sure that all parties share the same vision to be achieved for the project.

DESIGN PHASE

The project team collaborates for the project plan, project schedules, infrastructure preparations and explores the needs and designs a solution that will meet the needs within the project.

DEVELOPMENT PHASE

The project team initiates and builds the solution based on parameters agreed by all parties for the solution. In this phase, customization and simulation of the system are included.

DEPLOYMENT PHASE

The project team will conduct end-user training to ensure that users are prepared to use the new solution. And prior to going live, final data is validated and loaded.

Hypercare period is also provided for any concerns that may arise.

CLOSURE PHASE

Once everything has been stable and both parties agreed, it is time to move on with this phase which closes out the project.
